Pre-Visit Diet Regime: The Do’s and Don’ts

To maximize your healing process, we advise you to follow the pre-visit dietary guidelines as summarized below, at least 3 days prior to your visit:

  • Reduce intake of unhealthy food. (Avoid eating bread, bakery products, meat, poultry, fish, seafood, dairy products, alcohol, tea, coffee, and cigarettes-tobacco.)
  • An ideal diet includes fresh food, raw fruits – vegetables & salads.
  • Sip a minimum 2 liters of water at room temperature daily.

Rules & Regulations:

  • One package admits one person. Cost shall vary based on single or double occupancy.
  • Pick up OR drop from the airport/railway station will be charged extra.
  • Special Therapies, Medicines, clinical laboratory tests (if requested by the guest and approved by the doctors) will be charged extra.
  • Any kind of food supplement not included in the meal plan.
  • Maximum two persons can stay in any one room, across all categories.
  • No outside food is allowed in the premises.
  • To ensure a serene and peaceful environment on the campus, please turn off your cell phones in the therapies sections
  • Children below 8 years are not allowed
  • Please do not give tips to any individual. Instead, deposit it at the front office. The fund will be used for staff welfare or will be distributed among all employees.
  • We recommend not to bring any valuables. Management is not responsible for the loss of valuables.
  • Online consultation with the doctors will be available on a prior appointment basis
  • Pets are not allowed in the premises.
  • We have a strict ‘No tolerance policy’ on consumption of Tobacco and consumption of tobacco in any form (cigarette, pan, gutkha, khaini, etc) is strictly prohibited.
  • Any guest or accompanying person(s) found consuming or in possession of tobacco products will be immediately expelled from the premises and no refund or second chance will be given to the offending guest(s).
  • Tariff, policies, rules, and regulation are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Management reserves the right to take the final decision in case of any disputes.
  • All disputes are subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction.

Reservation Policy:

  • Check-in and Check-out is on a 24 hour basis. Request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
  • To confirm reservation, 10% of the package rate must be paid in advance. The balance amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
  • Reservation must be canceled 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations canceled before one week of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the package rate. No refunds will be provided thereafter.
  • Any change in booking dates is subject to availability
  • All bookings are non-transferable
  • Guests must carry their valid personal ID at the time of check-in
  • Foreign nationals are required to produce their passport and a valid visa (if required) at the time of check-in
  • At the time of check-in, every guest must provide a reservation confirmation email or letter
  • Payment will be accepted through UPI, credit card, debit card, demand draft, local cheque or cash.

Things to Carry/Checklist 

  • Personal identity proof (original + 1 copy) of PAN Card/ Aadhaar Card/ Election Card/ Driving License/ Passport.
  • Extra pairs of undergarments, 2 full-sized towels, sports shoes, comfortable clothes, and preferred toiletries
  • Ongoing medicines corresponding to your health issues.
  • For your wellbeing and diagnosis, we request you to carry all the medical reports conducted in last three months.
  • During monsoon, it is advisable to carry one pair of woolens and an umbrella
  • At the time of admission, patients must bring the Reservation the confirmation letter sent by Panchtatva.
  • Copy of advance payment deposit slip.

Kindly Note

Final admission at Panchtatva Wellness Center is subject to a physical examination by in-house doctors. If any information provided in the application form is found to be incorrect, admission shall be denied with forfeiture of deposit. Any change in medical condition or major weight fluctuation after confirmation of booking must be informed immediately, and thereby admission shall be confirmed after the physical examination.
